14 United State Governors Prepare State Militia Defenses: To Counter Obama’s Rogue Federal Forces!

Obama fearing a revolution against him by the states, has moved swiftly by nationalizing nearly all National Guard Forces in multiple states; Georgia, Alabama, Kansas, Minnesota, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana, South Carolina – to name a few. The Governors of the Great States of Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia still have under their Command-and-Control the State Defense Forces to go against U.S. Federal forces should the need arise. Also important to note: There are NO U.S. laws prohibiting National Guard troops from also joining their State’s Defense Forces. This dilemma occurred during the Civil War with many “citizen soldiers” choosing to serve their states instead of the Federal Government.
Obama is angered by the several State Governors who have reestablished “State Defense Forces.” These forces are described as: “State Defense Forces (also known as State Guards, State Military Reserves, State Militias) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are not regulated by the National Guard Bureau nor are they part of the Army National Guard of the United States. State Defense Forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state. State Defense Forces are distinct from their state’s National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities.”

Mr. Obama is fearful of these State Defense Forces, in that he does not have control of said forces, and with the U.S. Military stretched to near breaking from multiple deployments and theatre actions in Iraq and Afghanistan, these State military forces would be under the direct command and authority of the Governors in which states have said forces. In essence, the Governors would have “de facto control” of the United States.

The two Governors leading this move are: Tim Pawlenty, Governor of Minnesota; and Rick Perry, Governor of Texas. Both of these State Governors stated they have: “…deep fear the President is destroying their Nation.” Governor Pawlenty’s fear of Obama is that since Obama took office he has appeased America’s enemies and has shunned some of America’s strongest allies, especially Israel. Governor Perry has declared that Obama is punishing his State of Texas by dumping tens-of-thousands of illegal Mexican immigrants into the cities and small towns of Texas. Governor Perry further recently stated: “If Barack Obama’s Washington doesn’t stop being so oppressive, Texans might feel compelled to renounce their American citizenry and secede from the union.”

Based on continually updated forecast, the weather warriors will fly follow-on missions as needed to tweak the storm. It's perfect, crows the air force. Really?

Weather modification did not work too well with Katrina.
If the notion of inserting Autonomous Intelligence nanobots into weather systems to monitor, steer and mess with them seems risky, just wait. Around the next cloud corner are coming swarms of airborne nano-bots to optimize wind dispersal patterns for germ warfare. Or chemtrails.
But there's one small hitch. Nobody knows how Earth's atmosphere works. It is so big, so complex and so unpredictable, even real-time nano-snapshots are ancient history as soon as they are taken.
This is why the air force said, "Advances in the science of chaos are critical to this endeavor."
Good luck. After a decade of trying, not even a 48-hour weather forecast can be made without constant surprises.
Because they cannot be graphed in a cause-and-effect straight line, chaotic "non-linear" weather processes can morph unexpectedly, defying predicted weather modification inputs. Just ask Beijing.

Small particulates like the aluminum oxide found in chemtrails also kill.
Dr. Dan Woodard calls aluminum oxide a "nuisance dust". This MD says that prolonged exposures to very high concentrations of particulates that are visible in the air "can produce pulmonary fibrosis, somewhat like the silicosis formerly seen in miners."
"At one time it was thought to precipitate Alzheimer's disease, but more recent research has shown it is almost certainly unrelated," Dr. Woodward adds.
It's the tiny size of chemtrail fallout - one-tenth the width of the human hair - that make people very ill. The EPA warns that there is a strong link between all tiny particles and thousands of premature deaths each year.
Two key studies from the early 1990's by the Harvard School of Public Health and the American Cancer Society found strong links between high levels of small particles and a rise in death rates. In an article headlined, "Tiny Particles Can Kill" the August 5, 2000 issue of New Scientist pointed to findings in six cities over 16 years showing that "city-dwellers in Europe and the U.S. are dying young because of microscopic particles in the air."

According to the New York Times, "microscopic motes… are able to infiltrate the tiniest compartments in the lungs and pass readily into the bloodstream." Particles in the size range called for by the Welsbach Patent describing chemtrails are "most strongly tied to illness and early death, particularly in people who are already susceptible to respiratory problems." The Welsbach Patent calls for megatons of 10 micron-size aluminum oxide particles to be spread in the atmosphere. The EPA calls particles this small "an extreme human health hazard" leading to 5% increased death rate within 24 hrs.

"Hearts as well as lungs can be damaged by ultra-fine particles small enough to get into the bloodstream and inflame tissues and cells," reports the LA Times. "After they reach the heart, the particles are thought to cause a stress reaction in cells, producing inflammation that contributes to heart disease. The particles also may cause blood clots." [Los Angeles Times Dec 29/03]

The Neurotoxicology (brain poisoning) division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency says that exposure to airborne Particulate Matter "is an environmental health risk of global proportions." [Health Risks Of Aerosoled Particulates PubMed Abstract]

The EPA explains that by penetrating deep into the lungs and circulatory system, these dust-size particles "are implicated in tens of thousands of deaths annually from both respiratory and coronary disease."

The term "nano-chemtrails" on my homepage prompted my trusted military informant I've dubbed "Hank" to call.
"They have them," he confirmed. The U.S. Air Force has occasionally added nanoparticles to the chemtrail mix to demonstrate proof of concept.
"We're way beyond science fiction," Hank confirmed. "You can hide just about anything you want in a chemtrail - including nanotubes. Chemtrails are being altered for whatever spectrum of wavelength they're trying to bounce off of them.

MORGELLONS
What about Morgellons? Is there any connection between this bizarre and frightening malady and nano experiments?

"You're not going to like this," Hank said. "Morgellons is one unintended manifestation of nano spray experiments."
Morgellons manifests - or presents" - as intolerable itching in the skin followed by alien eruptions of thin hairs or tendrils through the skin. "It's basically the same as excreting something through a hair follicle," Hank said.

"If you manufacture a liquid super-cyrstalline structure, vibrate it a little and give it an electrical charge - it will form into a chain."
These nanotubes will be invisible to the eye, of course. But their tendency to clump together could eventually make them big enough to be photographed and posted on the web.

"Much of it is still up there," Hank went on to explain. This is because nanoparticles are so light and small they tend bind to bind with oxygen molecules. And piggybacking on oxygen particles makes them buoyant.

"It travels worldwide," Hank continued. "Some of it comes down. Whatever it's exposed to up there it brings down here. We get exposed to it. We breathe it in, we ingest it. It accrues in the same spot every time. And attracts more of it… "In the liver. And brain.
"The fallout would look like a prion disease," Hank said.

"Fallout from nanoparticles would eat holes in our brains?
"Pretty much. Nano particles are ionized particles that go to what attracts them…. Because of their electro-chemical properties, they are attracted to the potassium-calcium channel in the brain."

Think about it, he said. "If they are capable of withstanding the corrosive upper atmosphere - corrosive sunlight and all those (industrial) chemicals - what would they have to be manufactured out of? Does the body manufacture anything that can deal with that? Who will come forward and say these are good?

Despite the widespread outcry against the Ministry of Welfare, senior management refused this week to fight corruption which has been deeply-entrenched in the Ministry of Welfare for over 30 years. One of the communities that has suffered most at the hands of the Ministry of Welfare are Ethiopian immigrants. According to the Jewish Agency, Ethiopians are less than 3% of Israel’s immigrant population while Ethiopian children represent 50% of the immigrant population under the Ministry of Welfare’s control.

One of the many testimonies linked to the UnPromisedLand channel is the story of a divorced Ethiopian mother whose children were taken from her when she went to the corner shop and left them unattended at her home. Firstly, court-appointed social workers pushed the Ethiopian father of this family out of the picture from the beginning of the divorce. If they were to allow him access to his children, it would have only been under the “supervision” of an 18 year-old girl working as a volunteer in a supervised visitation center. This first step rapes the patriarchal Ethiopian culture – as evidenced by the suicide rate among Ethiopian fathers which is 7 times higher than anyone else.

Once these social workers had this mother and children under their control – they took away three of the children to the dismay of Knesset Member Shlomo Mollah. Nobody even considered reuniting the children with their biological father when the social workers placed them with strangers for over 4 years. Instead of trying to defuse this family’s crisis – court-appointed social workers actually amplified devastation in each of their decisions. Multiply this family’s story by over 84,000 Ethiopian immigrants and that is a very serious social disaster which the Ministry of Welfare refuses to address.

My experience fundraising among American Zionists is the percentage of income which Black Americans donate to Israel is twice the percentage which White Americans donate to Israel. Black Americans like Pastor Glenn Plummer are four times more active in helping the Jewish community than White Americans. If channel 1 would have broadcasted this story in the American media, the outrage among the 60 million Black Americans would have been entirely justifiable.

Not only does this violate the mutual trust and respect between Black Americans and the Jewish community, it violates international human rights treaties which Israel signed; and the American civil rights codes. Every tax-deductible dollar raised in the USA and spent in Israel must comply with American civil rights codes.

A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Welfare claims Ethiopians come with “many problems” to Israel. What this spokeswomen calls “many problems”, anthropologists call a “rich heritage” which Ethiopians trace back to King Solomon and even Moses. Civil rights codes and international treaties define this spokeswoman’s claim as “intolerance and racism”. Both American non-profits and their Israeli partners who receive donated funds could find themselves in deep trouble if any American donor were to prove their donations were being used to violate the civil and human rights of Ethiopians in Israel.

Saad Iqbal Madni is an Islamic scholar from Pakistan who spent five years in Guantanamo Bay.

He was released in 2008 - he says without charge - but has been under house arrest in Lahore since then. Under anti-terrorism legislation, all former suspects returning to Pakistan are automatically placed under restrictions when they return.

Saad's ordeal began a few months after 9/11, during a visit to Indonesia. He says he was bundled onto a plane in Jakarta in January 2002, and then flown to Egypt. From there he was transferred to Bagram Airbase in Afghanistan, and moved again in March 2003 to Guantanamo Bay. (Inteveiewer-Orla Guerin)

In 2003, the federal government began contributing funding; to date, the Department of Homeland Security has provided more than $420 million in funding to 72 fusion centers across the country, but some localities have funded additional centers.

Fusion centers are built upon the idea of cops on a beat -- local authorities will recognize potential threats to their communities and feed the system with intelligence about possible terrorists. A year ago approximately I appointed you to take care of my interests in all matters and proceedings concerning my disease. You were highly recommended by Dorit my lawyer who then persuaded me that you were the most able to succeed. You asked $$$$$ +blood money XXX in fees.

I was reluctant having giving my trust to a previous lawyer who took fees without giving services...

My situation then: a crippling condition which left me unable to work, to walk, to tend my house, but despite of it, was not fully recognized.

I have no other income except the minimal help from the xxxxx xxxx, I used all the money I had, to pay your fees and those of xxxxx. A year later nothing changed except, that after paying a years rent I will have nothing left and my physical condition continues to degrade.

You accomplished nothing, you haven’t even shown the slightest evidence of progress, I have doubts that you even sent letters to any administration and a phone conversation that I had with you showed me that you didn't even care to read any of the kg of papers I sent to your office. I still wait for their return after a year.

You don't return my calls or messages, what did you do for $$$$$$ + blood money?

I say all u did is collect it, I have seen nothing else. And your secretary has the nerve to demand $$ for paperwork.

I remind you again what you were paid to act on my behalf on.

xxxxxxxxxx: Getting me a hearing for my disability along with a parking permit, a house helper, subsidized vehicle, specialized care, the additional money for my disability allowance and all other benefits that they offer for disabled moneyless suffering people like me.

I.D.F: Getting the injuries I had received during my military service recognized along with their health consequences, settling the various issues related to the military disability. I have received from your office 3 papers that state nothing.

Insurance matters: All issues related to my disability, getting the insurance claim that the insurance company has not paid me in 14 + years. My questions on stopping payment of the premiums that I have been paying and can no longer afford remain unanswered.

In a year you were not even able to get me an appointment with XXXXX XXXXX board for the additional benefits and conditions offered to me for my disability. People without the “help” of a lawyer get it generally in six months. Dumb I was to think that you'll speed up the procedure, just like the last lawyer that did nothing he was paid for.

A week ago I was forced to ask for urgent help from the town social services for food, (I have reached the point where I need help to buy food because my lawyers have all my money, not that they even care. I am sure you are eating well, and taking flights out of Israel and enjoying yourself with my money but as of yet I have seen nothing)

The social worker asked for the following documents:

-protocol of the XXXXX XXXX

-proof that I receive an allowance from XXXXX XXXX

-proof that I didn't work since my last accident (1996)

-proof that I'm disabled.

The social worker also made me sign a document for disclosure of personal medical information which I didn’t like the idea of, but she assured me that she could retrieve the protocol quickly, that seems to be better than my over priced lawyer who I see has done nothing so far.

In addition, you were supposed to give me back all my medical documents that I need for doctors visits after making copies of them. That was eight+ months ago, I am still waiting.

You told me that that you were not able to find any contact information for my former lawyer (the one I told you stole my money and did nothing, he was supposed to be different to you) it took me all of 30 min on the internet and a few telephone calls to find him.

As you see I'm more disappointed and disgusted by your “services” or the absence of, or is it up to the client to ride and remind his “lawyer” what he was appointed and paid to do?

What made me deserve your lack of professional standards?

Didn't I pay your fee in full and in cash?

Would you have felt different if I argued with you about it all?

What makes other clients worth your efforts?

I'm sure they exist otherwise XXXXX wouldn't have recommend you, but even of that I am not sure. Or do you ignore them all as you seem not to have the time for me, even though I am paid in full. You are the one that owes me at this point, and I will remind you again that you are accountable for your service and for the third time you owe me.

I demand that you send me a list of all the proceedings in progress and where they stand; I believe and trust no one especially so called lawyers any more.

Below is the official NASA website Astronomy Picture of the Day, on the picture below you can see spheres passing by the Sun, the sphere is Mercury and it has an uncanny resemblance to the spheres Mr. Joseph Gurman of NASA dismissed as "Compression artifacts, highly magnified". It would suggest all the photo's below are images of solid objects and not, Compression artifacts, pixels or dust!

Mercury Spotting

Explanation: Can you spot the planet? The diminutive disk of Mercury, the solar system's innermost planet, spent about five hours crossing in front of the enormous solar disk on 2003 May 7, as viewed from the general vicinity of planet Earth. The Sun was above the horizon during the entire transit for observers in Europe, Africa, Asia, or Australia, and the horizon was certainly no problem for the sun-staring SOHO spacecraft. Seen as a dark spot, Mercury progresses from left to right (top panel to bottom) in these four images from SOHO's extreme ultraviolet camera. The panels' false-colors correspond to different wavelengths in the extreme ultraviolet which highlight regions above the Sun's visible surface. This was the first of 14 transits of Mercury which will occur during the 21st century, but the next similar event will be a much more rare transit of Venus this coming Tuesday. It should really be a sad commentary on the system that subjugates its owners.

Shoe Bomber Sentenced - Judge's Words

Remember the guy who got on a plane with a bomb built into his shoe and tried to light it?
Did you know his trial is over?
Did you know he was sentenced?
Did you see/hear any of the judge's comments on TV or Radio?
Didn't think so.!!!
Everyone should hear what the judge had to say.

Ruling by Judge William Young, US District Court.

Prior to sentencing, the Judge asked the defendant if he had anything to say
His response: After admitting his guilt to the court for the record, Reid
also admitted his 'allegiance to Osama bin Laden, to Islam, and to the
religion of Allah,' defiantly stating, 'I think I will not apologize for my
actions,' and told the court 'I am at war with your country.'

Judge Young then delivered the statement quoted below:

Judge Young: 'Mr. Richard C. Reid, hearken now to the sentence the Court
imposes upon you.

On counts 1, 5 and 6 the Court sentences you to life in prison in the
custody of the United States Attorney General. On counts 2, 3, 4and 7, the
Court sentences you to 20 years in prison on each count, the sentence on
each count to run consecutively. (That's 80 years.)

On count 8 the Court sentences you to the mandatory 30 years again, to be
served consecutively to the 80 years just imposed. The Court imposes upon
you for each of the eight counts a fine of $250,000 that's an aggregate fine
of $2 million. The Court accepts the government's recommendation with
respect to restitution and orders restitution in the amount of $298.17 to
Andre Bousquet and $5,784 to American Airlines.

The Court imposes upon you an $800 special assessment. The Court imposes
upon you five years supervised release simply because the law requires it.
But the life sentences are real life sentences so I need go no further.

This is the sentence that is provided for by our statutes. It is a fair and
just sentence. It is a righteous sentence.

Now, let me explain this to you. We are not afraid of you or any of your
terrorist co-conspirators, Mr. Reid. We are Americans. We have been
through the fire before. There is too much war talk here and I say that to
everyone with the utmost respect. Here in this court, we deal with
individuals as individuals and care for individuals as individuals. As
human beings, we reach out for justice.

You are not an enemy combatant. You are a terrorist. You are not a soldier
in any war. You are a terrorist. To give you that reference, to call you a
soldier, gives you far too much stature. Whether the officers of government
do it or your attorney does it, or if you think you are a soldier, you are
not----- you are a terrorist. And we do not negotiate with terrorists. We
do not meet with terrorists. We do not sign documents with terrorists. We
hunt them down one by one and bring them to justice.

So war talk is way out of line in this court You are a big fellow. But you
are not that big. You're no warrior. I've known warriors. You are a
terrorist. A species of criminal that is guilty of multiple attempted
murders. In a very real sense, State Trooper Santiago had it right when you
first were taken off that plane and into custody and you wondered where the
press and the TV crews were, and he said: 'You're no big deal.'

You are no big deal.

What your able counsel and what the equally able United States attorneys
have grappled with and what I have as honestly as I know how tried to
grapple with, is why you did something so horrific. What was it that led
you here to this courtroom today?

I have listened respectfully to what you have to say. And I ask you to
search your heart and ask yourself what sort of unfathomable hate led you to
do what you are guilty and admit you are guilty of doing? And, I have an
answer for you. It may not satisfy you, but as I search this entire record,
it comes as close to understanding as I know.

It seems to me you hate the one thing that to us is most precious. You hate
our freedom. Our individual freedom. Our individual freedom to live as we
choose, to come and go as we choose, to believe or not believe as we
individually choose. Here, in this society, the very wind carries freedom.
It carries it everywhere from sea to shining sea. It is because we prize
individual freedom so much that you are here in this beautiful courtroom, so
that everyone can see, truly see, that justice is administered fairly,
individually, and discretely. It is for freedom's sake that your lawyers
are striving so vigorously on your behalf, have filed appeals, will go on in
their representation of you before other judges.

We Americans are all about freedom. Because we all know that the way we
treat you, Mr. Reid, is the measure of our own liberties. Make no mistake
though. It is yet true that we will bear any burden; pay any price, to
preserve our freedoms. Look around this courtroom. Mark it well. The
world is not going to long remember what you or I say here. The day after
tomorrow, it will be forgotten, but this, however, will long endure.

Here in this courtroom and courtrooms all across America , the American
people will gather to see that justice, individual justice, justice, not
war, individual justice is in fact being done. The very President of the
United States through his officers will have to come into courtrooms and lay
out evidence on which specific matters can be judged and juries of citizens
will gather to sit and judge that evidence democratically, to mold and shape
and refine our sense of justice.

See that flag, Mr. Reid? That's the flag of the United States of America .
That flag will fly there long after this is all forgotten. That flag stands
for freedom. And it always will.

Mr. Custody Officer. Stand him down.
So, how much of this Judge's comments did we hear on our TV sets? We need
more judges like Judge Young. Pass this around. Everyone should and needs
to hear what this fine judge had to say. Powerful words that strike home.
